Twenty7tec partners with Tandem Bank

Twenty7tec has added Tandem Bank to its SOURCE module, giving advisers access to Tandem's specialist mortgage products.

Tandem Bank launched its specialist residential product range earlier this year. Its green mortgage products offer a rate reduction of up to 0.30% for new customers whose homes have an energy efficiency rating of A-C.

Users of SOURCE can filter by 'green products' and Twenty7tec data shows that the number of times this filter has been applied when sourcing has increased by 280% since January 2022.
