Try Mortgage Network adds Atom Bank to residential mortgage panel
The appointment broadens the lending options available to Try Mortgage Network advisers.
Try Mortgage Network has partnered with Atom Bank, giving its advisers access to the digital lender’s prime and near prime mortgage ranges.
Atom’s residential proposition includes options for first-time buyers, home movers and remortgage customers, as well as borrowers with more complex circumstances such as self-employed applicants, contractors and customers with a less-than-perfect credit history.
Its range includes lending up to 95% LTV, enhanced affordability options for eligible borrowers, and a technology-led mortgage process.
Martin Swann, managing director of Try Financial, said: “Atom is a very welcome addition to our lender panel.
“Our objective is straightforward: we want to give our advisers the breadth of lender access and support they need to complete as many suitable customer journeys as possible. Atom fits that approach extremely well.
“What particularly attracted us is the combination of prime and near prime lending, sensible criteria and a technology-led process which can deliver decisions and offers quickly. Not every customer fits neatly into a traditional high-street box, and having lenders capable of serving customers across a wider range of circumstances is increasingly important.
“Atom’s approach to affordability also gives our advisers additional options for eligible customers. As a network, we will combine access to those options with appropriate oversight where higher income multiples are being considered.
“We are delighted to be working with Atom and look forward to developing the relationship.”
David Castling, head of intermediary lending at Atom Bank, added: "We are thrilled to welcome Try Financial to Atom Bank's panel. We look forward to working together to provide exceptional mortgage options, including our Near Prime product range, to their customers."
