LV= and Key Retirement announce partnership
LV= and Key Retirement are partnering to offer consumers access to a tailored retirement advice service.

Customers who contact Key Retirement’s annuity service but want to take advice before deciding what to do with their pension savings will now be referred to LV=.
They will then have the option of using LV=’s online retirement advice solution, Retirement Wizard, or speaking to one of LV=’s qualified financial advisers over the phone.
John Perks, Managing Director of Retirement Solutions at LV=, said: “Turning pension savings into a retirement income is an extremely complex choice and advice is crucial in ensuring people get a good deal. We’re delighted to be working with Key Retirement to offer more people access to convenient, regulated advice and help them get the most out of their money.
“We look forward to partnering with more organisations in future through our Corporate Solutions service, either providing access to our advice channels or supplying white-labelled digital components to help other businesses, including advisers, further improve their processes.”
Will Hale, Business Development Director at Key Retirement, added: “Our whole of market annuity broking proposition continues to successfully help customers use their pension savings to secure the best possible guaranteed income for life. However, particularly post the pension freedoms, we recognise that some customers want to explore a wider range of options and to receive advice from a trusted specialist. Key is passionate about delivering great outcomes for customers and this new partnership with LV= ensures that we can offer a route that meets a wide range of needs through a proposition that aligns with our principles of value and quality.”
