Rely introduces 85% LTV buy-to-let range with EPC-based pricing
Rely has also reduced rates across its existing 80% LTV range.
Rely has expanded its buy-to-let range with the launch of new limited edition products at 85% LTV.
The new limited edition range is available for non-portfolio landlords purchasing or remortgaging single family and complex buy-to-let properties. Five-year fixed rates are available with a choice of either no fee or a 2% fee option.
The new range will also introduce EPC-based pricing at 85% LTV. Properties with an EPC rating of A to C will benefit from lower pricing, while options will also be available for properties rated D and below.
Alongside the new products, Rely has reduced rates across its existing 80% LTV buy-to-let range for small, medium and large landlords.
Adrian Moloney, group lending distribution director at Rely, said: “We’re always looking at ways to broaden access to finance while ensuring our proposition remains competitive and relevant to landlords’ needs. By introducing products up to 85% LTV and reducing rates at 80% LTV, we’re giving landlords more options when it comes to securing finance, whether they’re entering the market, refinancing or looking to grow their portfolios.
“The introduction of EPC-based pricing also enables us to support a wider range of properties while recognising stronger energy performance and the positive impact this has for tenants.”
