Quantum Mortgages appoints customer experience manager

Specialist buy-to-let lender, Quantum Mortgages, has appointed Claire Coulson-Joy as marketing and customer experience manager.

Claire has previously worked with Quantum as a contractor and now joind full-time to enhance the lender's marketing and customer experience strategies.

In her new role, Claire will be responsible for developing and implementing Quantum Mortgages' marketing strategy, brand identity and overseeing all customer experience systems and initiatives.
