My Legal Club (MLC) has expanded its conveyancing panel with the appointments of Mason Thomas Law, Bookers & Bolton Solicitors and Gilroy Steel Solicitors.
Mason Thomas Law is a specialist property practice that advises across residential and commercial property, including more complex transactions such as auctions, new build property and secured lending.
Mason Thomas’ Jo Malcolm, director and licensed conveyancer, and Mollie Lancaster, conveyancer, will work closely with MLC’s mortgage broker and estate agent partners. The firm also provides an option for limited company buy-to-let transactions through the MLC platform.
Bookers & Bolton Solicitors aims to combine an established personal service model with modern conveyancing technology. Cindy Dando, CILEX fellow chartered legal executive at Bookers & Bolton Solicitors, will work as a dedicated point of contact for matters introduced through My Legal Club.
Gilroy Steel Solicitors traces its history back to Brackley, Northamptonshire. It has been named Best Conveyancing Services at the What Mortgage Awards for four consecutive years, most recently in 2026.
The appointments aim to expand the range of residential conveyancing options available through the My Legal Club platform, including purchase, sale, remortgage, limited company buy-to-let and specialist property transactions.
Sean Rogers, director at My Legal Club, said: "We have spent a considerable amount of time looking at how we want the next stage of the MLC conveyancing platform to develop.
"For us, the chef is often more important than the restaurant. A law firm may have an outstanding reputation, but brokers and estate agents ultimately want to know who is actually looking after their client, how accessible that person will be and whether they have the capacity and expertise for that particular transaction.
"These three appointments give our partners three very different but extremely strong options. Mason Thomas impressed us enormously with its specialist property focus, accessibility and the opportunity for our partners to work closely with Mollie and Jo.
"Bookers & Bolton has deliberately built its model around manageable conveyancer caseloads and personal service, while combining that approach with excellent technology and client visibility.
"Gilroy Steel brings substantial scale, experience and an exceptional track record within the mortgage intermediary market, including four consecutive What Mortgage Awards.
"The common theme is service, communication and accountability.
"We do not want to build a platform simply by adding law firm names. We want to identify firms and individual conveyancers that mortgage brokers and estate agents can develop genuine working relationships with.
"We are delighted to welcome all three firms and are looking forward to seeing those relationships develop."
