NPS Law joins My Legal Club conveyancing panel for brokers and agents
NPS Law has joined My Legal Club’s UK conveyancing panel, giving mortgage brokers and estate agents access to the firm across a range of property transactions including remortgages and transfers of equity.
The panel works with mortgage brokers and estate agents across the UK and covers a range of property related cases, including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, let to buy, equity release and limited company buy to let.
The appointment is likely to be of interest to brokers using conveyancing partners to support mortgage related transactions, with remortgages and transfers of equity among the areas covered. Other services, including sales and purchases, sit alongside this.
My Legal Club said the review process was led by solicitor and CEO Sean Rogers.
Rogers said: “We are delighted NPS Law has joined our service. We have stringent criteria not only for solicitors but also for fee-earners. After the final interviewing process, we are delighted to add the expertise and service. It is vital that personal service and expertise are combined with strong operations and it is clear NPS Law combines traditional legal expertise with the latest technological advances.”
Yusuf Tariq and Benito O’Loughlin of NPS Law led discussions with My Legal Club, with the two firms agreeing a package for mortgage brokers, estate agents and their clients.
An NPS Law spokesperson added: “We understand that when a mortgage broker or estate agent recommend a solicitor, they are placing their own reputation on the line. They need absolute confidence that the firm they choose will act immediately, communicate clearly, and progress clients’ matters without delay. That is the standard we work to every day.”
