ModaMortgages and CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries combine sales teams

BDMs can help brokers place cases from across ModaMortgages’ and CHL Mortgages’ product ranges.

Chetwood Bank has announced it is combining its ModaMortgages and CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries’ sales teams as part of its 'multi-brand strategy'.

The new structure will see two national sales managers, one of whom will provide key account relationship support, leading a team of five field-based business development managers (BDM), who will all look after specific postcode areas. The national sales managers and field-based BDMs will be supported by two telephone BDMs, also with specific postcode areas, with a further four telephone BDMs on-hand to take brokers’ calls if their BDM is otherwise engaged.

The combination will give the BDMs the ability to help brokers to place cases from across ModaMortgages’ and CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries’ product ranges, allowing them to provide more comprehensive support and find the most suitable solution for intermediaries and their clients.

The new structure will also allow brokers to communicate with the team in a way that suits them best.
