L&G Mortgage Club partners with client onboarding platform
Keychain automates time consuming tasks such as document requests, reminders and initial file checks.
L&G’s Mortgage Club members now have access to Keychain's AI-powered platform, helping to simplify the client onboarding process for advisers.
The partnership allows advisers to complete key client onboarding tasks in one place, with Keychain automating time consuming tasks such as document requests, reminders and initial file checks.
Clients can securely upload documents, complete digital fact-finds and medical questionnaires, and e-sign compliance paperwork, helping advisers move more quickly through the early stages of the mortgage journey.
The platform’s AI-powered document analysis tools help identify missing information and ensure submissions meet lender requirements before they are sent, improving efficiency and reducing delays.
Through the arrangement, club members will be able to access Keychain at a discounted rate. Advisers can book a demonstration via their L&G Mortgage Club relationship manager or by requesting a demo through the dedicated tech partnership section of the Mortgage Club website.
Clare Beardmore, director of L&G’s Mortgage Club, said: “We’re dedicated to supporting advisers with innovative solutions that help them best serve their customers. Our partnership with Keychain gives advisers a more efficient way to onboard clients, helping save time and deliver a smoother experience for customers from the very start of the mortgage journey.”
Jack Rogers, Co-founder of Keychain, commented: “Advisers and their admin teams spend a huge amount of time collecting and checking client documents and other necessary information. Keychain streamlines that process, from chasing outstanding documents to analysing files once they’re uploaded.”
