Hope Capital doubles loan management capacity
Hope Capital has implemented the technology to streamline its loan administration, with redemption statements now produced instantly.
Hope Capital Property Finance has doubled the number of loans its loan support specialists can manage with the assistance of Kennek software.
The lender says investment into the new software has significantly strengthened its capacity to support a growing loan book while still offering a personal service to both brokers and borrowers.
Hope Capital has implemented the technology to streamline its loan administration, with redemption statements now produced instantly. This enables brokers and borrowers to receive figures faster, helping them plan repayments and progress their next steps.
By reducing time spent on manual administration, Hope Capital’s loan support specialists can dedicate more of their day to speaking directly with brokers and borrowers, answering queries and supporting cases throughout the life of a loan. The software also provides a comprehensive audit trail and clearer oversight of loan activity, supporting consistent record-keeping and giving the team greater visibility across the loan management process.
Jemma Wood (pictured), director of portfolio, asset and risk at Hope Capital Property Finance, said: “For us, investing in technology is about giving our people the tools to deliver an even better service. Our loan support specialists can now manage twice as many loans, while spending less time on administration and more time speaking with brokers and borrowers.
"Being able to produce redemption statements almost instantly is a practical example of the difference this makes. It gives people the information they need sooner and allows our team to focus on helping them move forward.
"We’ve built a strong working relationship with Kennek, and their understanding of our business has helped us make improvements that support both our growth and the personal approach our brokers and borrowers value.”
