Aria Finance helps brokers with their specialist mortgage cases.

Dudley Building Society has added specialist finance broker Aria Finance to its approved packager panel.
Vantage Finance and Enterprise Finance merged to create Aria Finance in October 2022.
Dudley Building Society offers a range of mortgages designed for borrowers with more complex needs and incomes, including expats, the self-employed, and borrowers in or entering into retirement.
The building society can also take a flexible approach towards properties with unusual construction types, including those for holiday lets and self-build properties.
Robert Oliver, distribution director at Dudley Building Society, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Aria Finance. Our dedication towards serving underserved mortgage borrowers aligns perfectly with Aria’s commitment to helping brokers with their specialist cases.
“We look forward to working with Aria and providing mortgage solutions to even more brokers and their clients.”
Lucy Waters, managing director at Aria Finance, added: “We are thrilled to join forces with Dudley Building Society as an approved packager panel member. This collaboration enables Aria Finance to continue providing our brokers with unparalleled access to a diverse range of products and competitive rates.
“Our mutual commitment to supporting brokers with specialist mortgage cases will ensure a seamless partnership, ultimately benefiting borrowers who may not align traditional lending criteria."
