Crystal Specialist Finance has made two new appointments within its quality assurance team.
The specialist finance distributor has appointed Anni Meakin as quality assurance officer and Juliette Berry as quality assurance assistant.
Anni holds a CeMAP qualification and joins Crystal from Mortgage Advice Bureau where she held a similar role.
Juliette joins from London-headquartered Overdot Marketing, where she was an account manager leading on specialist projects.
Head of compliance, Richard Bond, said: “These two appointments demonstrate our commitment to providing the best customer service on time, every time.
“Both Anni and Juliette will be responsible for observing and assessing the behaviours of their Crystal colleagues against balanced scorecards to ensure the very highest performance standards are maintained.
“I’m confident that they will both be fantastic assets to the quality assurance team – and the wider Crystal Specialist Finance family.”
Anni commented: “Those who know me within the mortgage industry will tell you that I am passionate about ensuring a truly first-class customer service, which Crystal is renowned for.
“I’m really looking forward to working with the team to ensure we consistently provide brokers and their clients with certainty via the very best deals as quickly as possible.”
