Crystal expands BDM team
Crystal Specialist Finance has expanded its sales team with the appointment of Jodie Worswick as a business development manager for the North.

Jodie joins from Santander where she was a BDM supporting 250+ brokers across the country.
Jason Berry, group sales director at Crystal Specialist Finance, said: “Jodie is a great addition to our sales team and she will undoubtedly deliver excellent support to our repeat using brokers in the North. Our ‘Thrive’ survey, which was conducted towards the back end of 2021, suggested that brokers wanted to interact with us in different ways.
