Coventry for intermediaries cuts all fixed rates
Residential and buy-to-let rates have reduced by up to 0.15%.
Coventry for intermediaries has reduced all fixed rate mortgage rates.
Residential rates have been reduced by up to 15bps and buy-to-let rates by up to 12bps.
Highlights in its residential range include a five-year fixed rate at 95% LTV, available to first-time buyers at 5.67% with no fee.
A rate of 5.67% is also available for limited company buy-to-let remortgages, up to 75% LTV with no fee.
Jonathan Stinton, head of intermediaries at Coventry Building Society, said: “Brokers are always looking for good value for their clients, and we want to make sure our range is working hard for them.
"By reducing rates across the board, we’re giving brokers more competitively priced options to support customers with a wide range of borrowing needs.”
