Colenko appoints BDM for the North
The new hire strengthens Colenko's sales coverage and broker relationships across the region.
Specialist short-term lender, Colenko, has appointed Cameron Linnell as business development manager for the North, strengthening its sales coverage and relationship-led support across the region.
Colenko provides bespoke bridging loans and development finance for property investors and developers.
Cameron joins Colenko with more than a decade of experience in real estate finance, spanning underwriting and sales. He began his career at NatWest before moving into specialist finance. Cameron has since held roles at Avamore Capital and, most recently, Albatross Lending Group, where he focused on the North of England.
In his new role, Cameron will work closely with brokers, introducers and property professionals throughout the North, helping them access Colenko's bridging, refurbishment and development finance solutions.
Cameron's appointment follows the recent hire of Kendyl Binnie, who joined the lender as BDM for the Midlands.
Mark Marlow, head of sales at Colenko, said: “Cameron brings an excellent combination of underwriting knowledge, sales experience and strong relationships across the Northern market. He understands the needs of brokers and their clients and will be a valuable addition as we continue to expand our regional coverage.”
Cameron Linnell added: “I’m delighted to be joining Colenko and helping to build its presence across the North. The business has a strong reputation for pragmatic, relationship-led property finance, and I’m looking forward to reconnecting with my network and helping brokers deliver the right funding solutions for their clients.”
