Colenko expands business development team
Kendyl Binnie joins the specialist property finance lender as BDM for the Midlands.
Colenko has appointed Kendyl Binnie as business development manager for the Midlands.
Colenko is a specialist property finance lender providing bridging loans and development finance across England and Wales. The firm supports property developers, investors and intermediaries with flexible funding solutions for residential projects including refurbishments, conversions and ground-up developments.
Kendyl joins Colenko with a diverse background spanning compliance, mortgage advice and specialist property finance.
Most recently, Kendyl served as head of bridging and commercial at Ingard, where she trained more than 80 appointed representatives in specialist finance and helped firms expand their bridging and commercial lending capabilities.
Earlier in her career, she qualified as a CeMAP adviser, supporting high-net-worth and expat clients with mortgages, asset finance and Lombard lending before establishing her own business assisting buy-to-let investors.
In her new role, Kendyl will work closely with brokers and introducers throughout the Midlands, helping them access tailored funding solutions.
Mark Marlow, head of sales at Colenko, commented: “Kendyl brings fantastic energy, a wealth of industry knowledge and an impressive network of broker relationships. Her experience across specialist finance and passion for supporting intermediaries make her a valuable addition to the Colenko team as we continue to grow.”
Kendyl Binnie added: “I'm delighted to be joining Colenko at such an exciting stage of its journey. The business has built a strong reputation for delivering practical funding solutions with a relationship-first approach, and I'm looking forward to working with brokers across the Midlands to help them and their clients succeed.”
