Catalyst appoints intermediary relationship manager
Ciaran has worked in mortgage finance for over 25 years.
"Having worked both as a lender and a broker, he truly understands what intermediaries are looking for in terms of product and support."
Specialist property lender, Catalyst, has appointed Ciaran Courtney as its new intermediary relationship manager.
Prior to joining Catalyst, Ciaran has worked in mortgage finance for 25+ years, starting his career at NatWest before working with Bank of Ireland as a mortgage adviser, Mortgage Intelligence as a BDM, and a number of established brokerages, including NexMoney.
James Farge, sales director at Catalyst, said: “Ciaran stood out from other candidates due to his exceptional market experience. Having worked both as a lender and a broker, he truly understands what intermediaries are looking for in terms of product and support. He is well connected in the industry and will hit the ground running. I know he will help take the team from strength to strength.”
Ciaran Courtney added: “I was ready for a new challenge and wanted a new role that allowed me to utilise my previous experience in a fresh way. I was attracted to Catalyst as they take an innovative approached to lending. While their office environment feels relaxed, they all work very hard to deliver results for their brokers and borrowers. I’m looking forward to getting to know the team better and building my broker relationships.”
