The buy-to-let brand of Foundation Home Loans has appointed an additional regional account manager in the South region.

In his role at Buy to Let by Foundation, Peter Olasoji will be working on new and existing adviser relationships, helping firms make the most of their buy-to-let advice propositions and highlighting the range of products and criteria available via the lender.

Peter has been working in finance for 11 years and property finance for the last six, starting at LendInvest as an internal and external BDM, and most recently as a BDM at MFS.

He will work across the region with existing regional account manager, Jack Gerasimov, covering the following postcode areas: BR, CR, CT, DA, E, IG, ME, RM, SE, SS.

Buy to Let by Foundation is the core buy-to-let brand of Foundation Home Loans offering mortgages for limited company, individual, portfolio and non-portfolio landlords. It currently offers a range of limited edition, special, and permanent products including EPC Saver, green, remortgage, large portfolio, large loan, and mortgages for specialist property types including short-term and holiday lets.

Grant Hendry, director of sales at Foundation Home Loans, said: “Part of the strength of Buy to Let by Foundation is the experience and quality of our sales team, the knowledge they can impart, and the support they can give to advisory firms. It’s why we always look for experienced, focused and dedicated individuals to join us, and we’re therefore very pleased to be able to welcome Peter to Foundation. He brings with him an understanding of this sector plus already well-established relationships with large numbers of advisers in the area. We’re sure he’s going to make a real positive impact for us as a lender and for all those advisers he will work with.”

Peter Olasoji commented: “Foundation is a leader in its field and has an excellent buy-to-let product proposition that I’m excited to be joining. The specialist needs of both advisers and their landlord borrower clients continue to grow, and as a lender, Foundation is reacting to this and ensuring there are a growing number of competitively-priced options available. I’ve spent the last six years working in this space, and am looking forward to growing both new and existing adviser relationships to ensure they can provide positive outcomes for their landlord borrower clients.”
