Alternative Bridging Corporation has boosted its case management team with the recruitment of Katherine Partridge.
Katherine has more than eight years’ experience in B2B and B2C marketing and a strong track record in manging a portfolio of clients and prioritising work. She joins Alternative Bridging’s case management team to support brokers in securing property finance solutions for their clients.
Alternative Bridging has a dedicated team of property finance professionals to provide flexible first and second charge bridging loans secured on commercial and residential properties and property developments.
Jonathan Rubins, director at Alternative Bridging Corporation, said: “We’re really pleased that Katherine has joined our ever-expanding service function. Katherine Partridge added: “I am delighted to join such an established firm as Alternative Bridging; the fact that it has been in the market for 30 years and continues to grow its reputation as well as its lending proves that it does things in a successful way and I’m looking forward to supporting brokers with their cases.”
