Alternative Bridging Corporation has promoted Sam Bailey to the role of business development manager for the Midlands.
Sam joined Alternative Bridging in April last year as an internal BDM, having previously gained experience at Reim Capital, Relendex and Pepper UK.
In his new role, Sam will help to grow the reach of Alternative Bridging in the Midlands, helping more brokers find solutions for their clients who require bridging and term loans as well as development finance for residential and commercial purposes.
Sam Bailey said: “I’m really excited to take this new role and join Paul Gavin’s team. As well as continuing to deliver market leading bridging and development finance to brokers and their clients, Alternative Bridging is also excellent at developing its people and providing them with new opportunities to progress their career, and I’m looking forward to working with brokers to help them see the benefits of working with us.”
Paul Gavin, head of sales for the North at Alternative Bridging, added: “I am delighted that Sam has been promoted to BDM for the Midlands. In his short time with Alternative Bridging, Sam has impressed with his dedication to helping brokers find the right solutions for their clients. His new role will enable him to develop more new relationships and ensure that we are providing our brokers in the Midlands with the best possible service.”
