YBS Commercial restructures sales team with new senior relationship directors
YBS Commercial Mortgages has restructured its sales team, in order to improve business efficiency and customer service for brokers and their clients.
"We've reorganised our sales team to allow individuals to utilise their strengths and reassure brokers that their deal will go to the best person to manage it through to completion."
The changes are part of a move towards a three-tiered sales team structure, with associate directors managing simpler, smaller cases to completion, relationship directors looking after more complex cases, and senior relationship directors dealing with the most intricate cases from customers with the largest portfolios.
Recruitment for the senior roles is now complete, with Matt Buck and Andrew Edwards promoted from former roles within the business to the positions of senior relationship directors for the South East team, although Andrew has temporarily stepped up to take on the currently vacant role of regional lead for the South East team.
Sue Lewis has been promoted to the role of senior relationship director to the South West team, and Sarah Prescott has moved into the position of senior relationship director for the North team. Also joining the business from Redwood Bank last week, Luke Douse joins the Midlands team as a senior relationship director.
Tom Simpson, managing director for YBS Commercial Mortgages, said: “We understand the importance of the human touch in customer interactions in a digital age, and are committed to providing a dedicated personal service to our brokers and their clients wherever they are.
“That’s why we’ve reorganised our sales team to allow individuals to utilise their strengths and reassure brokers that their deal will go to the best person to manage it through to completion, in the smoothest and most efficient way possible.
“This move demonstrates how we’re taking our ambitious growth plans for the business to the next level, actively promoting expertise and investing in our teams, and ensuring the right support, in the right place, for every single deal."
