YBS Commercial launches three regional lending hubs
YBS Commercial Mortgages is opening three regional commercial lending hubs in Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol.
"These changes are matched by the £300million we have committed to the UK property sector in 2020."
The regional hubs form part of YBS Commercial's strategy to expand its commercial lending operation across the UK to support customers at a more local level.
Including the regional expansion and with further investment in the Peterborough main office, YBS Commercial Mortgages has added 27 new roles to enhance its capabilities in the commercial lending market.
Mike Davies, head of business development at YBS Commercial Mortgages, said: “This announcement shows our commitment to delivering tailored, individual service to our customers. I am looking forward to supporting our new regional teams as we establish the YBS Commercial Mortgages brand in these new locations alongside our existing team in Peterborough.
“This is an exciting time for YBS Commercial Mortgages and our broker partners. As well as growing our reach regionally we are investing in our products and systems. These changes are matched by the £300million we have committed to the UK property sector in 2020.”
