YBS Commercial launches online mortgage payment holiday form

YBS Commercial says it is currently experiencing a high volume of calls from customers and therefore needs to prioritise the most financially vulnerable.

Customers who are unable to make monthly mortgage payments are able to request a payment holiday up to a maximum of three months as long as they are currently up to date with their mortgage repayments and it will not impact their credit file.

The form is available at www.ybs.co.uk/commercial/paymentholiday.

Tom Simpson, managing director of commercial lending at Yorkshire Building Society, said: “We know that some of our customers are experiencing difficulties and require emergency assistance and so we have introduced the facility to request a payment holiday online to help customers."
