YBS Commercial expands northern relationship team
YBS Commercial Mortgages has started off the year with a new addition to its team in the North, as Rob McFarlane joins as a relationship director.
"I’m looking forward to building new and existing relationships and making a real difference to the team and to the business."
Rob has worked in commercial lending for over 15 years and has hands on experience of building relationships and managing customers.
He will be based at the YBS Commercial Mortgages office on Cross Street in Manchester, but will be covering the Leeds area, working from home for the time being.
Rob said: “I’m looking forward to building new and existing relationships and making a real difference to the team and to the business. YBS Commercial has an ambitious growth strategy and I’m thrilled to be able to play my part.”
Sarah Prescott, regional director for the North team, commented: “I’m so pleased to welcome Rob to the North team. It’s a great time to join us as we get on with our exciting plans for this year. I can’t wait to see where he will take things as he embraces his new role.”
