YBS Commercial expands Midlands sales team

Emily has a great deal of knowledge in customer services after working in retail for the past six years. Her most recent role has been in property management, looking after over 400 properties in Birmingham, which has helped her to increase her knowledge of the sector.

She will be based at the YBS Commercial Mortgages office on New Street in Birmingham, and will be supporting the relationship directors in guiding clients through the mortgage application process.

Emily said: “I’m really looking forward to getting started and expanding my knowledge of the mortgages market further. I’m hoping that the team will benefit from my attention to detail and determined attitude, and that I can adapt quickly to this fast-paced working environment.”

John Little, regional director for the Midlands team, added: “Emily’s experience will allow her to bring a new, fresh perspective to our business. I’m really looking forward to her contribution to the Midlands team.”
