YBS Commercial appoints two regional directors

Allan Griffiths will lead the YBS Commercial Mortgages team which will be based in offices at the Yorkshire Building Society branch in Bristol, serving property investors and businesses across South Wales and the South West. Allan has previously held senior leadership positions in Barclays and Lloyds, where he was regional director for Wales and the West.

Sarah Prescott joins as regional director to lead its expansion into the North West. Sarah will lead a team based at the Yorkshire Building Society branch in Manchester and will service property investors and businesses across the North of England. Sarah has previously worked as a relationship director for Alliance & Leicester and Santander in Liverpool and Manchester and has 20 years of direct lending experience.

YBS Commercial Mortgages recently announced it is opening three regional commercial lending hubs in Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol.

Sarah said: “I am excited by the opportunity to open a new regional office and build a dedicated lending team in Manchester to support the growth of YBS Commercial Mortgages. I am looking forward to establishing relationships with key partners across the North of England.”

Allan commented: “YBS Commercial Mortgages is a strong brand with a suite of award-winning products and services.
