YBS Commercial appoints new relationship director

YBS Commercial Mortgages has a new recruit for its Wales and the South West team, as Tim Wraith joins as a relationship director.

Tim has a great deal of knowledge and understanding of banking and finance, having worked in the industry for over 25 years. He also has experience in real estate, trading and healthcare, previously working in these sectors within other financial services organisations.

He will be based at the YBS Commercial Mortgages office on Merchant Street in Bristol, and will be covering the South West.

Tim will be working closely with other Wales and the South West team members including relationship directors Sue Lewis, Kayleigh Parry and Lucy Partridge who joined in July, and relationship managers Molly McCleary and Joshua Barrett.

Tim said: “Joining the team at YBS Commercial is a really exciting growth opportunity for me and I can’t wait to get started and land my first deal.”
