YBS Commercial appoints new Midlands relationship manager
YBS Commercial Mortgages has strengthened its team in the Midlands with the appointment of Kirren Sira as a relationship manager.
"The addition of Kirren to our team brings us to full capacity, with four relationship directors and two relationship managers covering the Midlands."
Kirren has a wealth of experience in commercial lending, having worked in the sector for eight years supporting businesses in the SME market with their growth and business improvement plans.
Kirren will be working closely with Midlands team members including John Little, and relationship directors James Steadman, Khalid Mahmood, Loren Coles and Chris Gagg, who joined in March this year.
Kirren said: “I’m passionate about our growth ambitions and products we have to offer and I can’t wait to support local businesses with their commercial needs. I’m proud to be a member of the team.”
John Little, regional director for YBS Commercial Mortgages in the Midlands, said: “The addition of Kirren to our team brings us to full capacity, with four relationship directors and two relationship managers covering the Midlands. It’s testament to our growth in the commercial property sector that we’ve managed to double the size of the team during a global pandemic. We’re now in a great position to move forward with our expansion plans in 2022.”
