YBS Commercial appoints head of business development
YBS Commercial Mortgages has appointed Mike Davies as its new head of business development.

Mike will be responsible for implementing the firm's growth strategy to expand its commercial lending operation across the UK, opening new regional offices and enhanced product offerings to support increased property transactions.
Mike joins from Together Money and has previously worked at Santander and Barclays.
Tom Simpson, director of commercial lending at Yorkshire Building Society, said: “Mike has a wealth of knowledge and shares the same values and passion for commercial lending, making him a fantastic addition to YBS Commercial Mortgages. Mike will be working on our regional expansion programme and with new business introducers and sector professionals to increase awareness of our expanding product and service range.”
