West One integrates Knowledge Bank tool into broker site
Brokers can utilise the Knowledge Bank tool for faster criteria searches.
Brokers working with West One Loans can now find lending criteria faster and more efficiently, through a new partnership with Knowledge Bank.
Through the partnership, intermediaries can now access criteria directly from West One’s website via a newly created criteria search tool. The tool provides access to Knowledge Bank’s criteria database on West One products.
The tool allows brokers to search for specific circumstances that borrowers may face and typically delivers a ‘yes’, ‘not accepted’, or ‘please refer’ answer along with an explanation for each item.
The tool spans across bridging finance as well as residential, second charge, buy-to-let, and commercial mortgages.
Brokers do not require membership with Knowledge Bank to access the tool.
Marie Grundy, managing director of mortgages at West One, commented: “We’re thrilled to partner with Knowledge Bank to make it even easier for brokers to understand our products and give them the confidence to place cases with us. The tool is remarkably innovative and I’m excited about the new opportunities brokers may be able identify for their clients where West One has a solution ready.”
