West One cuts commercial mortgage rates by 75bps
The reduction gives brokers access to more competitive pricing across both commercial and semi-commercial lending.
West One has reduced rates across its entire range of fixed rate commercial mortgage products by 75 basis points.
The latest reduction sees semi-commercial fixed rates start from 7.34%, while commercial fixed rates now start from 7.94%.
Duncan Abraham (pictured), regional director at West One, said: “Commercial borrowers are continuing to navigate a challenging and uncertain rate environment, so we want to make sure brokers have access to competitive options for their clients. Reducing our fixed rates by 75 basis points across our commercial range gives brokers more flexibility when structuring cases.
“This significant rate reduction reinforces our commitment to supporting brokers with competitive, dependable funding solutions at a time when certainty over borrowing costs remains crucial for commercial borrowers.”
