Virgin Money increases mortgage rates by up to 0.10%
Virgin Money has announced a series of rate rises across its residential and buy-to-let product ranges.
Across its broker exclusive range, a two-year fixed rate remortgage product at 80% LTV with £1,495 fee has increased by 0.05% to 1.58%, while two and five-year buy-to-let rates at 65% LTV have risen by between 5 and 6bps.
Across its core residential range, selected 65% LTV fixed rates have increased by up to 0.09% and selected 75% LTV products by up to 0.10%.
Help to Buy rates at 75% LTV will also see increases of up to 0.10%, while a number of buy-to-let products will rise by up to 6bps.
Across the lender's product transfer range, selected 65% LTV, 75% LTV and 80% LTV fixed rates have been increased by between 6-10bps. Selected Help to Buy and buy-to-let product transfer products have also seen rises of up to 0.10%.
Additionally, on Virgin's remortgage deals with £1,000 cashback, the lender is reintroducing free standard legals in place of the cashback.
