Joel has a strong background in property, investments and development. Having started his career as a Hampstead sales negotiator, he later took on advisory roles with both Life Financial Solutions and SPF Private Clients.
CEO John Morton commented: “As Vintage Wealth Management continues to grow within the wider Vintage group, the requirements and expectations of our clients develop in parallel. As such, Joel will be bringing the right expertise to our already successful mortgages team to start this new division within the business and we are excited to be offering this expanded service to our clients.”
Joel Kersen added: “This is an exceptional opportunity for me to combine my core skill sets in commercial finance with the respected and proven expertise of our established mortgages team, thereby offering our existing and prospective customer base an even wider service offering, through the provision of access to short-term, development and commercial funding.
“I have previously worked with a number of IFAs and was therefore aware of Vintage Wealth's sterling reputation within the industry, so am delighted to have the opportunity to join the team."
