Vida launches new sales approach to enhance broker experience
Vida has announced that it is enhancing its sales proposition by moving to a focused segmented approach, aimed at better supporting brokers through the provision of dedicated specialist relationship teams.
"We are proud to continue to evolve our proposition and meet the complex needs of brokers and their clients."
The new approach will be specifically tailored for clubs, networks, specialist distributors, and new build specialists, and will be implemented across Vida’s product development, marketing, sales and service teams.
Vida has also launched a Key Account Manager (KAM) Finder, which allows brokers to get to know the KAM in their area and contact them directly. Find the KAM Finder webpage https://www.vidahomeloans.co.uk/intermediaries/KAM-finder.
Richard Tugwell, director of mortgage distribution at Vida, commented: “We are proud to continue to evolve our proposition and meet the complex needs of brokers and their clients. Our relationships are hugely important to us, so we have put time and resources into ensuring our relationship teams can provide packagers, panels and brokers with a first class service and be able to accommodate their needs every step of the way. It also reinforces our commitment to offer greater opportunities for intermediaries and their clients who are locked out by the high street lenders.”
