Vida launches limited edition residential and buy-to-let products
Vida has launched a range of limited edition residential and buy-to-let products for purchase and remortgage.

The residential range comprises four limited edition two-year fixed rate products available up to 90% LTV. 'Vida 48' is available at 3.99%, 'Vida 36' at 4.39%, and two fee-saver products available from 4.49%.
All products are available for home movers, remortgages or first-time buyers. The residential limited edition products have a maximum loan size of £400,000 and fee-saver editions also come with a free valuation and a £250 contribution towards legal fees.
The limited edition buy-to-let range includes five-year fixed rates for purchase and remortgage. A standard buy-to-let product at 75% LTV is available at 3.04% with a £1,495 fee and a fee-free equivalent starts at 3.19%. For HMOs, a 75% LTV product is available at 3.19% with a £1,995 fee.
