Vida launches broker support chatbot

Vida has announced the launch of Mobi — short for Mortgage Bot Intelligence — an AI-powered chatbot designed to designed to help brokers access lending criteria and product information.
Available 24/7, Mobi delivers instant answers to brokers’ most common questions.
Trained on Vida’s full suite of lending criteria and powered by artificial intelligence, the self-serve tool aims to help keep broker workflows moving.
