Vernon BS appoints intermediary sales team leader
Dale will be responsible for nurturing and expanding broker partnerships and supporting brokers and customers with complex applications.
Vernon Building Society has promoted Dale Sidhu to the role of intermediary sales team leader.
Dale joined the Vernon in April 2021 as an intermediary desk support advisor, strengthening broker relationships and enhancing service delivery.
In his new role, Dale works in a four-strong intermediary team led by Brendan Crowshaw. He will be responsible for nurturing and expanding broker partnerships, upholding high service standards and supporting brokers and customers with complex applications.
Before joining Vernon, Dale amassed 15 years of mortgage expertise, serving as a protection adviser at Vitality, a senior mortgage adviser at the Post Office, and a mortgage adviser at Santander, specialising in residential mortgages and first-time buyer schemes.
Brendan Crowshaw, head of mortgage and savings distribution, said: “Dale’s extensive industry experience, positive “can-do” attitude, and established rapport with brokers made him the standout candidate for this leadership position. Since joining us, Dale has consistently demonstrated expertise and dedication. He embodies the Vernon’s values and sets the standard for our excellent service.”
Dale Sidhu commented: “I’m delighted to take on this role. Helping brokers navigate complex cases and guiding customers toward buying a home has always been my passion. It’s especially rewarding to work for a building society renowned for serving underserved markets and to make homeownership possible for those who thought it was out of reach.”
