Both lenders work exclusively with distributors and require brokers to fulfil rigorous due diligence in order to demonstrate their professionalism and commitment to clients and intermediaries.
The move comes five months after Vantage was granted full CCA permissions by the Financial Conduct Authority in March. Vantage has been fully authorised since 2006 and started its variation of permission application to include consumer credit activities at the end of 2014.
Paul Brett, Business Development Director at Foundation Home Loans, commented:
“We are delighted to welcome Vantage Finance to our lending panel. Lucy and her team have an impressive pedigree and I know they will be effective advocates for Foundation Home Loans’ enlightened proposition, which aims to bring a full perspective to the BTL market and addresses important niches such as helping first time landlords.”
Lucy Hodge, Managing Director of Vantage Finance, said:
“We are really excited to be introducing business to Paragon Personal Finance and Foundation Home Loans – two lenders that, like Vantage, place great emphasis on good service and a positive client experience.
“We are always looking to partner with lenders who lead the way in product and policy innovation and I believe both Paragon Personal Finance and Foundation Home Loans will bolster the breadth of specialist lenders already on Vantage’s panel. We look forward to what will no doubt be very fruitful partnerships with them.”
