United Trust enhances bridging team with new sales director and head of accounts

United Trust Bank has enhanced its bridging sales team with new roles and promotions.
Paula Purdy (pictured) has become sales director for bridging. She will continue to work closely with director of bridging, Sundeep Patel, and will help drive new business growth and support various projects within the division.
Paul Delmonte has been appointed to the new position of head of national accounts, building on his success as a key account manager and focusing on building strong relationships with networks and clubs as well as managing other key distribution channels.
Gary Lomax has become key account manager for the North, continuing to support brokers across the North of England and Scotland.
As part of the changes, the internal sales team are now internal relationship managers, reflecting the direct ties many of the team have with brokers nationally. The team will continue to work closely with the field sales team in supporting their broker relationships and activities.
Sundeep Patel, director of bridging at United Trust Bank, said: “UTB Bridging has enjoyed a strong year to date, and our restructuring of the division’s sales function by merging the internal and field sales teams to provide further dedicated support has gone down very well with brokers.
