Alex has worked in the UK real estate industry since 2007. He is a chartered surveyor, former RICS registered valuer and has previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton, GE Capital and HSBC. Prior to joining UTB, Alex spent eight years at Octane Capital as director of structured finance.
In his new role, Alex will report to UTB’s chief commercial officer, Mark Stokes, and work closely with Gerard Morgan Jackson, founder and sales director of structured property finance, Ben Peters, head of strategic Partnerships, and lead the wider structured property solutions team.
