ULS Technology rebrands to Smoove
ULS Technology has announced a rebrand and change of name to Smoove plc.

Smoove says the new name "amplifies the Group’s strategy to simplify and revolutionise the home moving and ownership process".
As part of the relaunch the eConveyancer brand will remain, while DigitalMove will be integrated into the wider eConveyancer and Smoove propositions.
As part of its growth phase, Smoove plans to invest in new technology to help drive automation and build products and services for estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage brokers and lenders.
Following the rebrand, the company’s website will change to hellosmoove.com.
Jesper With-Fogstrup, CEO at Smoove, commented: "Buying a home is one of life’s most stressful experiences. It’s slow, fragmented, uncertain and overcomplicated. Our rebrand reflects our ambition to simplify and revolutionise the home moving and ownership process.
“Smoove’s aim is to make the experience frictionless for all parties in the process – homebuyers, mortgage brokers, estate agents, conveyancers, and lenders alike. Whether that means providing transactional visibility, streamlining the process, reducing uncertainty and completion time, which will ultimately ensure a more satisfactory outcome for everyone.
“For conveyancers, this also means minimising the manual element of the process, increasing productivity, adding value and improving a client’s experience. Over the last three years, our platform has saved around 1,360 days’ worth of onboarding and admin time, and we have the largest fixed fee remortgage panel in the UK.
“We understand how the housing market works and to date, we have helped with more than 850,000 home moving and refinancing transactions. Smoove has a huge range of data, insight and technology to help us write a new chapter in this next exciting growth phase and help many more people enjoy a Smoove home moving experience.”
