Twenty7Tec launches new affordability search facility
Fintech provider Twenty7Tec has announced that its users can now access an enhanced affordability search tool.

The advice tech firm has announced all users of its sourcing module, SOURCE, can now access the enhanced affordability tool as part of their membership.
The tool allows advisers to access affordability results from over 60 lenders for both residential and buy-to-let, and supports evidence of research production.
Nathan Reilly, director of customer relationships at Twenty7tec, commented:
“SOURCE gives ultimate efficiency to users who are trying to identify the most appropriate lender for their customer.
“Since acquiring BrokerSense earlier this year, it’s meant that we can enhance this functionality and roll out a comprehensive affordability solution that covers residential and buy-to-let across an extensive panel of lenders.
“This new function, along with our existing product and criteria sourcing, gives advisers an invaluable tool to help meet customers' increasingly complex needs."
