Together unveils new Broker Onboarding Academy and restructures intermediary team
The restructured team will take greater responsibility for early pipeline funding and case referrals.
Together has announced the launch of its new Broker Onboarding Academy, arriving on 1st September 2025. The new programme is designed to enhance the support provided by Together’s intermediaries team and strengthen relationships with broker partners.
The academy will offer dedicated, bite-sized training sessions for new broker partners, aimed at maximising the value of their partnership with Together. The sessions will provide guidance on how to package and submit cases effectively and will also contribute CPD hours towards brokers’ certifications.
In line with the academy launch, Together’s intermediary team is undergoing a restructure to take greater responsibility for early pipeline funding and case referrals. The newly structured team will oversee the onboarding of new brokers through the academy.
As part of the wider transformation, Together has also restructured its intermediaries senior leadership team. Michelle Walsh will oversee the commercial finance team, Maeve Ward will lead personal finance, Chris Evans will look after the roving underwriting team and Nick Parker will drive forward the team’s relationships with networks and clubs.
Tanya Elmaz (pictured), managing director of intermediaries, said: “Together has taken another exciting step forward in our growth. This evolution of the Intermediaries team will help us reach and support more of our valued broker partners than ever before.
“Our regional and telephony account managers will also take on broader responsibilities, helping to submit high-quality cases for quicker completions. We’re seeing increasing interest from brokers in the specialist lending market, and we’re committed to providing the right education and guidance to support them.
“These changes are part of a broader strategy to drive growth through the intermediary channel. Our team has been working tirelessly to deliver the service Together is known for; building productive relationships and finding innovative solutions to complex cases.
“Our goal is simple, to make working with us as seamless and efficient as possible. Our broker partners are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re excited to continue working together to help more customers achieve their property ambitions.”
