Together expands commercial sales team with new BDM

Together has appointed a new business development manager to its commercial sales team.

April Boyes joins the lender to bolster its Immediate House Sales (IHS) team, which provides finance for professional property buyers to quickly purchase properties.

April brings 10 years’ of experience in the property sector having worked as an estate agent and an adviser to clients on UK and offshore property investors. Starting her career at Foxtons as a lettings negotiator, April also held property consultant positions at JLL Residential and Beech Holdings, before setting up Anchor Property Group on her own.

In her new role, April will be responsible for nurturing relationships with new and existing customers to support their property ambitions.

Together’s IHS channel launched specifically to support professional house buyers affiliated with the National Association of Property Buyers (NAPB). Since September 2023 over £116m of funding has been delivered to customers buying properties in short timescales. 

April said: “I am delighted to be joining the team at Together. I was immediately attracted its common-sense approach to lending, and impressed with its reputation in the industry.
