TMG Mortgage Network launches protection division
The division will be headed up by Donna Ambler.

TMG Mortgage Network has launched a new division, TMG Protect.
The launch allows members to refer their business internally and will also offer support and training to improve their skill sets.
The division will be headed up by Donna Ambler, who has recently joined as head of protection and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry.
The Consumer Duty sets higher and clearer standards of consumer protection across financial services and requires firms to put their customers' needs first. Donna will work closely with TMG's members and provider partners to help them navigate the complexities of insurance products and deliver the regulator's expectation.
Donna said: “I am extremely excited to be heading up TMG Protect, this will provide us with a mechanism of really delivering the FCA’s Consumer Duty and taking the whole concept of treating our customers fairly to the next level."
Jonathan Needham, managing director, added: "We are thrilled to welcome Donna to the role of head of protection. Launching TMG Protect has always been something on our roadmap as we see it as a key move in building our wider proposition and also reinforces our commitment to delivering exceptional value and personalised support."
