TMG Mortgage Network appoints new head of finance
Donna Bibby takes over as head of finance at TMG Mortgage Network, bringing a background in credit control and debt recovery.
TMG Mortgage Network has appointed Donna Bibby as head of finance, adding a senior hire to the Rotherham-based adviser network as its membership grows.
As head of finance, Bibby will run the finance function, covering commissions, financial reporting and planning. The network supports around 300 Appointed Representatives and Registered Individuals, and describes itself as one of the UK’s fastest-growing mortgage and protection networks.
Bibby’s background is in credit control, debt recovery and financial operations across legal and financial services. The firm said she has led credit and recovery functions from start to finish, improving cash flow, reducing aged debt exposure and tightening financial controls. Her skills also span debt recovery strategy, dispute resolution and stakeholder engagement, and she has supported businesses through periods of change and expansion.
Nicholas Jenkinson, Managing Director of TMG Mortgage Network, said: “Donna’s energy and experience made her a standout choice. As the network grows, a strong finance function is central to everything we do, from paying our advisers promptly to planning for the future. We’re delighted to welcome her to the team.”
Donna Bibby, head of finance at TMG Mortgage Network (pictured), added: “TMG is exactly where I wanted to be. It’s a business with real ambition and a genuine focus on its advisers. My career has been about turning insight into impact, and I can’t wait to help build finance foundations that balance efficiency with great service for our advisers.”
