TMG Mortgage Network adds Bluecroft Finance to lender panel
The bridging lender offers flexible funding solutions for residential, commercial and semi-commercial property transactions throughout England, Wales and Scotland.
TMG Mortgage Network has added Bluecroft Finance to its lender panel, strengthening the specialist finance options available to advisers across the network.
Bluecroft Finance is a principal bridging lender offering fast, flexible funding solutions for residential, commercial and semi-commercial property transactions throughout England, Wales and Scotland.
Based in Greater Manchester, Bluecroft Finance provides bridging loans from £75,000 to £3 million.
TMG advisers will also have access to solutions such as Bluecroft Fast-Track, which can enable suitable residential bridging cases under £350,000 to complete in under seven days through the use of AVM or desktop valuations and title insurance. The lender's recently launched '2 Become 1' dual representation solution is also helping reduce legal complexity and accelerate completion times on appropriate cases.
Danny Belton, head of TMG Club and partner strategy at TMG Mortgage Network, said: "At TMG, we continually review our lender panel to ensure advisers have access to the widest possible range of quality solutions for their customers. Bluecroft Finance brings a pragmatic approach to bridging, supported by experienced underwriters and a genuine willingness to look at cases individually.
"The combination of speed, flexibility and direct access to decision-makers makes Bluecroft a valuable addition to our panel. We are particularly pleased to provide advisers with another strong option for auction finance, refurbishment projects and complex bridging requirements where time is often critical."
Ross Gandy, head of sales at Bluecroft Finance, added: "We are delighted to be joining the TMG Mortgage Network panel and look forward to building strong relationships with advisers across the network.
"Bluecroft was established to provide brokers with certainty, speed and a common-sense approach to lending. Every deal is reviewed by a real underwriter, and we pride ourselves on finding solutions where others may struggle. We believe our proposition will be a valuable complement to the existing specialist finance options available through TMG."
