Time Finance is boosting its provision of asset finance for SMEs across the South and South West with the appointment of new senior broker manager, Michael Tyler.
Michael joins Time Finance from Simply Asset Finance, where he held the position of broker manager. He has built a decade-long career in Asset Finance, having also previously worked for Close Asset Finance servicing the South of England.
With an extensive portfolio of work across the South, Michael specialises in bringing strategic solutions to brokers and their SME clients in a range of industries, including agriculture.
In his new role, Michael will support the development of broker relations across the South and South West, contributing to Time Finance’s aspiration to grow its lending portfolio to £300m by 2028.
Michael commented: “Every business you meet has a unique story to tell, with individual goals and targets to reach within their operations. It’s our job to get to know the businesses we work with and understand their ambitions to help find the right solutions to help them grow. Time Finance has a fantastic reputation in the asset finance industry, and I look forward to taking on a new challenge in a different part of the market and reaching more businesses across the region with the solutions they need to thrive in 2026.”
Laura Mollett, head of broker sales at Time Finance, said: “We’re pleased to be welcoming Michael to our expert broker management team at Time Finance. He has a wealth of experience in broker relations and will be a great asset to the team. His strategic outlook and fresh perspective will help us to support even more SMEs with the right funding solutions.”
