The North’s leading mortgage expo returns to Manchester for 2025
Mortgage Adviser Event Manchester will feature over 50 exhibitors and over 25 speakers from across the UK mortgage industry.

Registration is now open for Mortgage Adviser Event (MAE) Manchester 2025.
This year, the event has moved to Bowlers Exhibition Centre, where it will take place on 24th September with over 50 lenders and providers exhibiting and over 750 advisers in attendance, giving brokers the opportunity to make new connections, strengthen existing relationships, and get their questions answered on live cases and product solutions.
The show will feature seven CII-accredited seminar sessions across two theatres, led by industry thought-leaders from across the industry, who will be offering insights into the latest developments and technology to help brokers to grow their advice business in today’s market.
In the Main Theatre, seminars will examine how to tackle the first-time buyer affordability squeeze, evolving alongside borrowers, the role of building societies in today’s mortgage market, and how specialist lending supports aspiring homeowners.
Meanwhile, the Futures Theatre will host sessions on how buy-to-let is adapting to meet landlord needs, understanding specialist finance for non-standard property projects, as well as the future of technology, AI, and home buying process.
On-site parking will also be available for all attendees, and a free lunch will be provided during the day.

Mortgage Adviser Event founder, Andy Shields, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be returning to Manchester with what is shaping up to be our biggest northern Mortgage Adviser Event yet.
“In an industry that often centres around London, it’s vital that we continue to invest in regional events that bring the same calibre of education, networking, and insight to brokers and advisers across the UK. MAE Manchester is designed to do just that, giving northern advisers access to top industry speakers, leading lenders and providers, and meaningful networking opportunities without the need to travel south.
“We’re also proud to be moving into a new venue - the fantastic Bowlers Exhibition Centre - a space that not only supports the rapid growth of MAE Manchester, but also offers excellent access, parking, and a fresh experience just minutes from the city centre.
“With 2026 on the horizon, there’s never been a better time for advisers to invest in themselves, stay ahead of market changes and engage face-to-face with the people and brands shaping the future of the mortgage sector. MAE is here to support the modern adviser, and we can’t wait to welcome northern intermediaries to what promises to be a very special day in the north.”
