The Mortgage Works cuts switcher rates by up to 0.30%
Standard buy-to-let switcher rates now start from 2.78%.
The Mortgage Works has reduced rates by up to 0.30% across selected buy-to-let products for existing customers.
Two-year fixed rates at 65% LTV have reduced to 2.78% with a 3% product fee fee, 3.99% with a £1,495 fee and 4.54% fee-free.
For limited company buy-to-let, two-year switcher rates at 75% LTV have reduced to 4.04% with a 3% product fee and 5.14% with a £1,495 fee. A five-year rate at 75% LTV has also reduced to 4.69% with a 3% fee.
Joe Avarne, senior manager at The Mortgage Works, said: “These latest reductions show our ongoing commitment to supporting our landlords.”
Last month, The Mortgage Works reduced its stress rate by 0.50% on new buy-to-let applications up to 65% LTV.
